Happy Thanksgiving!!

We have had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day today.   Many thanks to Lee Lee and Nana for cooking up an incredible meal!  Timing was perfect, food was delicious, all kids were happy and we even got to have a belated birthday for Lee Lee!

We wish Grandma Lee Lee a wonderful Happy Birthday today!!!  We hope that you have a fantastic day and we look forward to celebrating as a big family on Thursday!

Play Date on KM

We went up to my parents house today and had a big play date.  Two of the guys who I grew up with were in town with their daughters, both of whom are in the age range of our kids.  My mom got all of our old toys out, and the kids had a great time playing together.

The mornings are especially fun right now, as the kids are genuinely excited to see each other when they wake up.  Hugs and snuggles are shared all around.

More Park Time

Without any birthday parties or soccer practice last weekend, we were able to have LOTS of family time.  To explore a new park, we headed up to the amazing Coyote Point on Sunday, and everyone had a great time.  The kids were so tired out after running around, nap time was a divine three hours long!

Jake's official first season of AYSO soccer is now complete.  It started off pretty rough (absolutely no interest in actually playing the game with his teammates), but he showed serious progress and by the end was out playing and kicking goals with the rest of them.   Until next year....

Fun Fall Time!

A fun fall activity for our kids is now playing in the enormous amounts of leaves that fall from our tree in the front yard.  Today we attempted to all go out and rake the leaves- very fun and very dirty!

Old Friends

Our old friends and neighbors from SF came to visit us this weekend.  Tessa is about to turn 4, and was just the sweetest girl.  She had such a blast racing around the backyard with Jakey, and Addison and Colbie enjoyed watching them.   Here we finally took a brief snack break:

Bubble Fun

We went to little Hunter Moulds fourth birthday party this weekend, and he had the amazing bubble man at his party just like his little brother a couple of months ago.  A bubble man really does make for the perfect kid party!
